Brooks Laich & Julianne Hough: The Wedding And The Twitter Lies.
Last weekend former leaf Brooks Laich married his longtime GF DWTS alum, Julianne Hough. The wedding looked beautiful I guess, and they both looked great. Brooks has had a tough go over the past couple of years. The Capitals traded him to T.O. to free up cap space which doesn’t make a guy feel great. The Leafs told him to take a hike to make room for the young core they had coming up.
Brooks got to spend a lot of time with Julianne. And he let us know EVERY DAY on twitter.

I get it. You guys are in love, and that’s great. I dont want to watch surfers surf, so I don’t want to watch super in shape good looking people happier than I’ll ever be, surf either.

Awesome. Here you go again telling everyone you’re in love and the use of the nickname “button.” Certainly, makes me wonder if you were ever an actual hockey player. Shouldn’t it be “Julsey” or “Houghster”? “Button”? Just give us your man card.

Still campy for me but it didn’t make me angry to look at. Just include her twitter handle instead of “Lovely Lady.” What are you 70?

Angel? Seriously Brooks. She’s wearing a scarf drinking coffee in the bushes. Why dont you just say that? “Heres Jules drinking coffee in the bushes in Africa. BTW She never farts.” The kind of Garbage you wrote here is a private conversation, not a tweet.

This tweet made me physically sick.
- NO ONE marries their best friend. If you did the headline would read “Brooks Laich Marries His Best Friend, Gary: Gary and Brooks have been best friends since grade 4, and they never fight, golf three times a week and go for wings every Thursday.”
- If you have to point out your wife is your best friend on Twitter, you’re trying to pull a Jedi mind trick on yourself because it’s not true. It’s self-talk on twitter, and the worst part is it alienates every person in a troubled relationship who wishes their best friend had boobs and a vagina so they could say the same thing.
A Goddamn good looking couple and Brooks deserves a break. He’s one of the genuinely good guys in the sport. I just wish he would stop this charade on Twitter.
