You already know how I feel about this fight.
Even if I’m dead wrong about the competitiveness of this match, the lead-up will be worth the eventual PPV buy alone. And it’s begun. McGregor recently shared footage of his training with the caption “You’ve never seen these moves” along with the hashtag “ghost”.

This has been happening for days. Conor has even shared a multitude of photos with similar captions, such as:
This is why I don’t understand how Mayweather believes he’s the only A-side in this PPV. Mayweather Promotions and the UFC are the official promoters of this bout but it’s quite clear who’s putting in the real work. It’s the same reason McGregor is even in this position to begin with.
Conor has gone from cashing welfare cheques to being about to cash in on $100M in just four years time. It’s his ability to take advantage of media opportunities and his social media prowess that’s quickly built his empire.
Mayweather has since taken time out of tweeting about what I can only tell is either a bar or a strip club called “Girl Collection” to share his own training footage, captioned, “I know I’m not the same fighter I was 20 years ago, I’m not the same fighter I was 10 years ago… As a matter of fact, I’m not the same fighter I was 5 years ago, I’m just an old legend putting in work in 16 oz gloves”.
If you’re not following McGregor on any of his social media, start. Not only will you be entertained, but it’ll also help sway you towards my opinion of how this fight will go down. If you’re interested in a high-end strip club, give Mayweather a follow. Girl Collection seems to be off the chain.
