I get it Joe Rogan, I make mistakes too.
There’s a big difference between us though. Several actually. I have tens of followers. You have millions. My followers are fairly indifferent to most things. Your’s might threaten my life just for writing this semi-humorous article that mentions your name. Which is all the more reason why you need to be SUPER careful about what you share and say, it’s how misinformation gets spread. I suspect you may already know this but I digress.
Joe Rogan made the mistake of sharing this poorly photoshoped image of a CNN tweet allegding that Steven Seagal had joined the Russian Special Forces.
I get it Joe Rogan. I wanted it to be real too.
The world has had a REAL bad string of luck recently, from Trump to COVID to the possibility of World War 3. It’s easy to see Steven Seagal joins Russian Forces and think, “YES! Finally some entertaining news.” But alas, it was too good to be true. It was just another hoax like the Loch Ness Monster or the moon landing.
The lesson here is, whether it’s advice on COVID or tweets about the war, Joe Rogan’s information should probably be taken with a grain of salt and a side of Ivermectin.
