OOOOOHHHHHHH, public shaming works…
Const. Joshua Stamp, 46, now faces charges of assault and assault with a weapon, following an investigation by Ontario Provincial Police’s Professional Standards Unit, the OPP said in a statement Thursday.
Barrie police confirmed that in accordance with the Police Services Act, Stamp has been suspended with pay.
The charges stem from an incident that happened on Feb. 4. In a cellphone video posted to Facebook from that date, an officer can be seen pinning a 20-year-old man to the ground and attempting to arrest him. Bystanders are heard shouting the officer is using excessive force, as the man screams “get off of me.”

Memba this? Officer Jason (Joshua) Stamp beat some helpless skateboarder after ticketing the kid for skating through a red light. It was all too much for Officer Stamp to handle so he ran the kid down with his police cruiser, delivering an epic beating of the unarmed 20-year-old.
You just HATE to see it.
PS: To the Barrie cops who told a friend of mine “the next time Blundell gets pulled over in Barrie, he’s finished”…
See you on the way to the cottage this weekend. But be careful, I doubt you’ll enjoy joining Officer Stamp on the bread line.
