They officially need 217 votes but with 9 republicans crossing the floor, it’s just math. It’s over.
Trump will probably serve out his remaining term unless Mitch decided to scream the trial through the senate, and he hates Trump now so that’s a ‘maybe’. Not likely, but maybe.
This means he’ll never be allowed to hold office ever again, too. Democrats own the Senate now so it’s going to happen when the trial begins on the 19th.

Was there any due process? The president does need to be found guilty by the Senate!
You speak but don’t think! I read earlier from you how are you wanted to be first in line for the Covid vaccine we did a whole post on this. Have you gotten it.
I believe he needs to be found guilty of impeachment by the Senate in order to be ineligible to hold office again. He was already impeached once but was found not guilty. So it makes sense that he needs to be guilty in order to never hold office again.
