This is directly from Ford. He’s declaring a state of emergency and issuing a stay at home order.
Toronto York, Peel and Hamilton and Windsor are effected. The stay at home order is to last 28 days.

There you have it. Everything is closed or closing and the stay at home order is going to be enforced.
It’s time. It’s necessary and it’s as real as it fucking gets, kids.
Lot’s of questions and lots of moving parts but start applying for gov’t programs right now and stay calm. It’s only a month and we have resources coming to help us provincially and federally. these measures are necessary. This fucking virus is everywhere and we are dangerously close to overwhelming our health care system if we don’t hunker down for 28 days.
