Violence is never the answer, but boy, sometimes it sure does feel like a reasonable solution.
So the story goes: Toronto police have identified the suspect wanted in the alleged theft of a puppy from the Toronto Humane Society on Friday morning.
The man reportedly went to the Humane Society on three separate occasions and demanded to be given a dog for free. Each time he was turned away.
Staff at the Humane Society say he became belligerent with staff, accusing them of being disrespectful by making him go through the adoption process.
On Friday around 11:30 a.m., he allegedly returned to the shelter, walked directly to the kennels, going unnoticed by staff, leashed the dog and walked out the front door. He was last seen on an eastbound GO train, getting off at the Oshawa station. The incident was reported to police and photos of the dog and suspect were posted on the Humane Society’s social media pages. With the public’s help, the man was identified. Christopher Rich, 31, of no fixed address is wanted for theft under $5,000. The dog is a 10-month-old retriever/hound mix named Milo. He is microchipped and neutered.
If you want a dog so bad, just buy one? Or, start a go fund me account, I feel like people would get behind that. Maybe he would be a great dog owner, who knows but don’t put yourself on a pedestal and think your king shit of the pound. Christopher – you suck.
