Morning folks. I woke up to a bit of good news this morning over here in Dublin. Early UK news is reporting (again today) that is all but confirmed that Tom Hardy will be replacing Daniel Craig as the new 007 after Novembers No Time To Die.
Although it has not been officially confirmed, The Vulcan Reporter claims Hardy has been locked into the role since auditioning back in June. With the Pandemic pushing the No Time To Die release date to November the official announcement will come then.
Hardy is one of a number of actors who have previously been rumored to play the next Bond, with others including Tom Hiddleston, Idris Elba and Richard Madden.
I have a few female colleagues who’s knees buckle at the drop of Hardy’s name… not gonna lie… I get it. Surely this is a smart move for the franchise.
What do you guys say? Are you happy with the choice?
