The life tax on being an insufferable asshole is EXPENSIVE.

Source: Ontario resident Chris Saccoccia, also known as Chris Sky, organized an anti-mask, anti-vaccine demonstration at the shopping centre on Dec. 4, 2021, culminating outside the Build-A-Bear outlet. Edmonton police arrested Saccoccia, his wife and another person for breaching a court injunction barring them from the mall.
At the time, Saccoccia was named in an arrest warrant for offences including for uttering threats and public mischief. The three were taken into custody to speak to the charges the following Monday.
According to court records, Saccoccia’s last court appearance on those charges was Dec. 20. It is not clear whether he attended, but an arrest warrant was issued following the court date. An Edmonton police spokesman confirmed Tuesday that the warrant remains active.
Saccoccia’s Edmonton charges includes uttering threats, mischief and publishing libellous statements against the Triple Five Corporation, which owns West Edmonton Mall among other commercial properties. The alleged activity took place in November 2021.
He is also accused of public mischief for making a false report to a peace officer, and harassment against an unlisted complainant.
Saccoccia has a separate set of charges in Calgary, where he is accused of breaking social distancing rules and gathering restrictions on May 29, 2021.
Saccoccia was due in Calgary court on Jan. 5 but did not attend. The Crown said an affidavit from a Richmond Hill, Ont. officer indicated an attempt was made to serve a summons at his residence on Nov. 23, 2021, but the property appeared vacant and under construction. The judge declined to issue a warrant, instead opting for a re-summons to appear in court on March 2.
Saccoccia did not respond to a request for comment.
Every decision we make in life comes with a ‘tax’. Good ones, bad ones – every time you make a decision there are intended and unintended consequences. Over the past two years, asswipes like Chris took advantage of the climate and the dumbest 20% to operate with impunity. Every week we’d ask ourselves and each other how the fuck people like him could keep getting away with promoting civil unrest with dangerous lies. And every week he’d up the ante with a new stunt meant to piss you off while he stole money and generally made wherever he was a vector for disease.
What has non-compliance earned Chris and other meat wallets like Adam Skelly? Nothing. Less than nothing. They have lost everything and will continue to lose out as tax payments for their behavior over the past 24 months come due.
To the best of my knowledge, Chris is wanted in at least 3 different provinces and 4 cities and any court date he skips is another court date with a longer sentence. Albertans don’t like Ontarians and the family that owns West Edmonton Mall isn’t the kind of family that takes kindly to people fucking with their nut, so Chris isn’t getting a pass and no one’s withdrawing those charges.
He’s hooped in BC and will get thrown in jails minus bail the second he comes back to Ontario. He’s wanted in Calgary and Edmonton for pretending the Canadian Justice system is a joke. He fucked around and now he’s finding out like every other “Patriot” who pretended to be a legal genius who dabbles in infectious disease on the side.
Adam Skelly?
This is the #SHITEATINGSZN you and I have been waiting for. Enjoy it. Revel in the natural consequences and years of schadenfreude we get to enjoy after suffering through two years of mind-bending chaos. This is for us and I can’t stop, won’t stop masturbating.
You should try it. It has healing properties after you get over the guilt.
