Landing a job interview, even if it’s your dream job, is no reason to stop job searching.
When you’re job searching you could start feeling desperate. When the phone rings and you land a job interview it can be very tempting to stop your job search right then and there. However, don’t lose the momentum, keep going, and give yourself options.
In the video below I talk about my own personal experience about taking a job that turned into a nightmare. I also talk about having multiple job options and accepting the offer that I wanted the most, and how it changed the course of my career for the best.
My advice, stay calm, prepare for your interview, but continue to keep job searching. As they say, “don’t put all your eggs in one basket”.
