Media Day. Right Up Kawhi’s Ally.
Raptors fans I tried to get some insight from Kawhi on how he’s liking it there. Got some good news and bad news for you pic.twitter.com/OH8rFQ2zWP

I feel so sorry for this kid every time he has to speak, gets in front of the Mic. It’s like watching the most uncomfortable moment you’ll ever watch someone go through, suspended in time. He’s the Rainman of basketball, and I’m A-O-Fucken-Kay with it.

We could get caught up in the simplicity of the man and focus on the hilarity of “The Snow Looks Nice,” but I won’t. I choose to focus on the ‘…whole city, team, coaching staff, organization, the fans…it’s been great’ bit. Again, I think we can tell by his deal with New Balance and his weird new sneakers, Kawhi Zigs when everyone else zags but I dig that about him. If he grew up in Canada, he woulda loved “RUSH”. He’s the guy who says “No” when you ask if he wants to help you move and it’s because he’s got plans to sleep or play basketball and he DNGAF what anyone thinks, including you.
Kawhi is saying all of the right things. Again, if he leaves, it’s because his heart is in Los Angeles and not because Toronto and the organization did wrong by him. https://t.co/1HHgpUVmQl

Walder nails it. He’s been better than advertised. He’s earned the right to pull a John Tavares. Just
know if he does, we’re not fucked. Pascal Siakam’s emergence has been nothing short of incredible and should give Raptor fans great comfort. He went into the ASG break scoring a career-high 44; he’s hands down the most improved player in the NBA.
Big fat stat lines. Excellent defender. Kills you from 3. can break anyone down. He’s aggressive AF and finishes. He’s 6’9. Averages 16/7/3 a game and he’s eternally happy.
He’s going to be a superstar.
