It was over on Monday when the director of CSIS admitted that HE TOLD Trudeau to trigger the Emergency act. Let’s be honest. The whole hearing was an expensive shit show to tell us what 34.9 million Canadians already knew: The #FluTruxKlan was and is a threat to Canadians, and they chose to terrorize the nation’s capital and the people in it for three weeks because they suck at life.
The Head Of CSIS *TOLD Prime Minister Trudeau To Absolutely Trigger The Emergency Act To End The Clownvoy's Illegal Occupation of Ottawa https://t.co/bJAuv3WoRf

What We Heard:
I’ll make this quick because I don’t give a single fuck about anyone who attended or supported the Convoy. ZEE-RO Sympathy. ZEE-RO empathy. ZEE-RO.
- CSIS green-lit the use of the EA as necessary.
- This was an illegal occupation.
- Trudeau was reassuring
- Trudeau admitted the protest was largely peaceful.
- Trudeau used weeks of consultation and triggered the Emergency Act in the best interest of Canadians (not the ones at the Convoy – they aren’t Canadian) at the Urging of Canada’s spy agency.
- Doug Ford needs to be investigated for refusing to deal with the Convoy
- The only reason Trudeau was told to use the EA? Ford was hiding, and CSIS told him to, and the OPS OPP is basically in Doug’s pocket or hugely incompetent
- Convoy lawyers sucked ass, wasting time trying to look like heroes to the extremists who hired them. I mean, that’s the first time I’ve seen a lawyer get sued in the middle of a hearing for slander and libel.
I know Brendan Miller and the rest of the Convoy’s Legal team were only doing their jobs, but holy shit, they were terrible. They saved their worst for the final day of testimony, where they completely melted down.
The Convoy’s counsel is being wildly mocked this morning as performative and unprofessional because they probably share similar views to the Yobs paying their hourly rates.
Convoy lawyer wasted her time questioning the PM with banal theatrics, irrelevant readings of anecdotes and a shallow partisan last question, instead of actually probing the rationale for using the Act, a section needs more exploring. Their legal team has been shambolic.

It was a theocratic operation that rounded up Canada’s DUMBEST rednecks, racialized assholes, and special interest groups who hate Justin Trudeau and democracy. Those dorks went and hired other dorks to represent them. The dork-off failed about as miserably as you’d think a dork-off would: With them holding the bag after the truth, common sense, and six weeks of laughable testimony and lawyering from Canada’s victim industry.
How fitting is it that Justin Trudeau put the nail in all of their fucking reputational coffins yesterday?
Like him or not, Trudeau was measured, calm, evidence-based, and reassuring.

CTV: The highly anticipated Trudeau showdown with the “Freedom Convoy” legal team fizzled when its lawyer squandered her precious time by reading messages from anti-vaxxers into the record, which set up Trudeau for an eloquent defence of vaccine mandates.
And the sleepy set of lawyers representing police, cities, constitutional authorities and provincial governments flat-lined the proceedings with tedious questions instead of breathing new life from the big guy’s testimony into the inquiry’s final hours.
Ultimately, Trudeau emerged as a prime minister who appeared to have done due diligence in gathering security input before being provoked to protect public safety.
Trudeau’s testimony paints the picture of a prime minister bombarded with alarms and warnings of potential security concerns to the soundtrack of airhorns blanketing downtown Ottawa and editorials thundering against federal foot dragging.

It should never have been needed, but it was. It’s a travesty that the Premier of Ontario didn’t feel similarly compelled to explain the actions of the government he leads. Too busy picking out plots on the Greenbelt(s) for his donors I guess.

Bringing in the Act does not, as some suspected, seem to have been a kneejerk do-something reaction by a cabinet that hadn’t contemplated the serious consequences of its introduction.
Trudeau noted he was acutely aware that by introducing the Act, he would end up in front of an inquiry to justify his decision as mandated by the enabling legislation.
Far from precipitating frequent uses of the Act against lesser protests, he argued, the spectacle of facing an inquiry and the risky exposure it brings to a sitting prime minister is fear factor enough to discourage its use without an airtight defence.
So now it’s over to Justice Paul Rouleau to spend a headache-filled holiday deciding if the Trudeau Government met the legislative criteria for invoking the Emergencies Act.
Armed with evidence that the RCMP wanted to keep the Act around for longer than the eight days it was in force and a CSIS director who enthusiastically endorsed its implementation, Trudeau had action protection against any allegations he went rogue in introducing the Act before taking the stand.
The “Fuck Trudeau’ Crowd sat and watched as he carved up any hope they had of being validated. They lost for six straight weeks.

Trudeau didn’t meet with any of these mooks because they’re all compromised extremists, too dumb to be constructive.
They looked at the EA hearing like it was a road to legitimacy. It wasn’t. It unmasked their hatred and stupidity for their fellow Canadians, the rule of law, and the charter of rights and freedoms.
The EA hearings MASSACRED everyone and anyone associated with the Clownvoy, and the notion it was anything other than a ginned-up group of Hllbillies doing the work of the conservative party and the religious right to make the rest of us feel unsafe because their lives SUCK ASS due to their own beliefs and actions derived from those extremist religious beliefs.
This hearing reminded me that ANYONE who chooses to penalize their neighbor because they hate themselves and how honestly fucking incapable they are is useless.
And I mean that.

Justice Rouleau will deliver his opinion in the coming months. He’ll find the EA was 100 necessary, and the extreme right will say it’s rigged.
It isn’t. I have eyes and a brain. It doesn’t matter how many articles Rebel or that sweaty fuck at True North put out. The Toronto Sun of Odin and the White Nationalist Post can’t op-ed their way out of their full-throated support of extremism because it benefits THEM.
There were points over the last six months where I questioned the truth. That’s what the extreme right and left want you to do. They want you to feel uncomfortable and to give lies a chance to be “alternative facts.”
The immutable truth? The Convoy was a hate-fueled collection of religious extremists and political opportunists manipulating the dumbest people in Canada, and they ALL need to wear this forever.

Actual trials are up next.
I hope Tammy, Chris, and Pat use the same Lawyers.
PS: Pro tip. You weren’t fighting for us, you dumb fucks. You were fighting us.
PPS: Someone must remove all the sharp objects from Jamie And Theo’s house. Just in case. Just for a few weeks.
(FYI: He’s still VERY DUMB)
Hi Theo,
Seditionists illegally occupy an area, despite being asked to move by residents, community leaders and the police.
Seditionists also attempt to block borders and risk hundreds of millions of dollars in trade.
Seditionists ask “what’s an occupation vs a protest”
