“A new study documents the rise of a particularly disturbing sex trend called “stealthing,” which is when a man removes a condom during sex without his partner’s consent. The Huffington Post reports that this study, conducted by Alexandra Brodsky for the Columbia Journal of Gender and Law, contains interviews with victims of this method, as well as an investigation into the corners of the Internet that encourage men to do this to their partners.
Brodsky explained to The Huffington Post that she began the study after realizing that several of her friends were “struggling with forms of mistreatment by sexual partners.” The victims in her research all felt violated after having been “stealthed,” but many were unsure how to report such behavior or whether it constituted rape. One particular victim in her study described being “stealthed” as “rape-adjacent.”
No shit.
If you’re lucky enough to have some sex, never spit in the face of your good fortune. No matter how cool you think it might be to tell the fellas about the time you “stealthed” a chick, it’s rape at its core.
Websters defines RAPE as :
: unlawful sexual activity and usually sexual intercourse carried out forcibly or under threat of injury against the will usually of a female or with a person who is beneath a certain age or incapable of valid consent because of mental illness, mental deficiency, intoxication, unconsciousness, or deception
Pulling off the rubber mid-go effectively fits under the 4 of the items outlined in the definition of rape.
It also means you’re a huge asshole and jail should be a great place for a guy like you should you think this might be a thing you want to do.
Consent comes in many forms. And its always the most important part of the sex.
