William Legate is a shareholder in TESLA and owns a pillow company. He was on the Twitter Shareholder emergency spaces mtg yesterday where he embarassed the fuck out of himself.
William took impeccable notes and you HAVE to read his thread: Elon is a full on alt-right conspiracy theorist who legit thinks he’s smarter than the laws of economics and all his investors are morons is any of this is true (it’s all true).

Let’s recap that insanity together:
- Musk says his “aura” is critical to TESLA’s ongoing success and trumps whatebver trangseder poltical hate he pushes on his shitty platform
- He shit all over his companies by devaluing TESLA saying it’s way harder to run than Twitter while complaining about how hard it is to run Twitter while looking for some “poor bastard” to take it over.
- Admitted to having to take over auto pilot on his own TESLA(s) ebcause the feature doesn’t really work.
- Has been and conitnues to block negative press about him and his companies, shitting on Free Speech.
- Blamed his lack of leadership or interest in leading TESLA on macroeconomics and everyone else.
- Said his own poll about stepping down as CEO was rigged with “10,000 cell phones” in s awarehouse somewhere.
- Said he will continue to attack trans people including his an investors daughter
Now THAT”S Leadership and the entire reason Tesla has lost 540 billion in market value in 6 months: No one trusts Elon because he’s a fucking drama queen manchild baby.
Like Putin has learned when you run out of ammo and cannon fodder the global market runs a daily poll showing the damage you’ve inflicted on yourself.

Muskie isn’t just in trouble – he’s drowning in his own hubris and it’s not susatinable.
I give him 3 months. He’ll be out at Tesla and Twitter in that order. He’ll wage a PR lawsuit war after getting forced out which is when the US government will hit him with insider trading and espionage charges.
Something HUGE is coming. Some say they know what it is and I’ve heard rumors. But Elon is about to go through some things based on some past and present decision making.
