We had a Rasmus Sandin sighting in last night’s 4-1 Leafs’ thumping of the Winnipeg Jets and it was a ‘gooder’.

Nothing dirty there. Two guys went for the puck, one guy was smarter than the other, and Black Wheeler went to the quiet place.
Welcome to hockey, Jets fans.
sandin really backed that thing up so hard blake wheeler had to go sit somewhere quiet for fifteen minutes pic.twitter.com/4ln0yErETS

34-year-old Blake Wheeler is a big rig at 6’5, 225 lbs.
21-year-old Rasmus Sandin? 5 ’11, 185.
When the cobwebs cleared, Wheeler shook it off like a champ because ‘puck don’t lie’.
The Jets and Paul Maurice complained like toddlers after the first game of the mini-series on Thursday. That’s the only reason anyone thinks Sandin cheaped Wheeler. The Jets invented the narrative because the Leafs are bigger, tougher, and faster than they are, so they went public with their whining, hoping to lay it on the official’s doorstep if these two teams meet in the playoffs.
Does Joe Thornton want to kill Nikolaj Ehlers for some reason? Sure, he does.
Not sure when or how this Thornton feud with Ehlers started pic.twitter.com/MvrJVJr2lN

Joe Thornton is very upset with Nikolaj Ehlers. Ehlers is amused and ignores him pic.twitter.com/hwg3zSiCrr

Does Wayne Simmonds scare the shit out of Pierre-Luc Dubois? Absolutely. It’s just hockey, kids.
And playoff hockey at that.

I know everyone’s pining for a Leafs/Habs series but give me a Dustin Byfuglien-less Leafs/Jets series all day.
