The New England Patriots have seen some big names depart this offseason. J.C. Jackson signed with the Las Vegas Raiders. Ted Karras will be protecting Joe Burrow for the Cincinnati Bengals, and the Patriots traded Shaq Mason to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to reunite with Tom Brady. With the rest of the entire AFC getting better, and the Buffalo Bills signing Von Miller, the Patriots needed to start making some moves after a very slow week one of free agency.
Pats Nation woke up to the news they were hoping for. The Patriots and offensive lineman Trent Brown agreed to a two-year deal, keeping the big man in New England.
